All of our fixed and folding knives have a 1 year limited warranty from the original end user's purchasing date.
The warranty covers any material or workmanship defect that prevents the product from properly functioning.
The warranty does not cover any defects or broken parts if caused by improper use, wear and tear or oxidation, which can be avoided with proper use and care of your knife.
We offer a lifetime free sharpening on our knives.
If any technical problem occurs, be assured we will  take care of it. Please take care of your tool, it can be your best one if needed.


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you want to return your product and have a refund, you have 2 weeks after the purchase
to contact us via email at bastinelliknives@gmail.com
The product must be brand new, in it's original packaging without any sign of use.
If the return is not for a defect of the product, we will not cover the shipping fees.
We will refund you the item amount excluding shiping fees, via your payment method within 7 days after the reception of the return.
