Returns Policy

If you want to return your product and have a refund, you have 7 days after the purchase to contact us via email at bastinelliknives@gmail.com.
The product must be brand new, in it's original packaging without any sign of use.
If the return is not for a defect of the product, we will not cover the shipping fees.
We will refund you the item amount excluding shiping fees, via your payment method within 7 days after the reception of the return.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. It is the importer's responsability to check if he can import our products in his country.
